All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

- Other Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Delayed Deliveries

While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other external factors may occur.

Incorrect Address

Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details. Bharat Ayurveda will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address or phone number.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos for assistance.
